Quay Chef Peter Gilmore at Sydney Opera House

One of our favourite Sydney chef’s, Peter Gilmore, is to take over the restaurant at Sydney Opera House.

We have had many team lunches at Quay Restaurant overlooking Sydney Harbour.  The food and service never disappoints.

Quay restaurant is part of the Fink Group, that includes Otto at Woolloomooloo.

Due to open in 2015, we expect the restaurant will make an instant contribution to the Sydney food scene.
